What changes for you?

Absolutely nothing. When you receive your renewal, it will be issued under the Desjardins brand, however, the underwriting company will continue to be Certas Direct Insurance Company.

The only change you will see is a new name and logo at the top of your policy. In the meantime, you don’t need to do anything. Our phone numbers and addresses will be the same. So if your calling to make a change to your policy, changing your billing or you’re calling to report a claim, please call 1-877-699-9923.

Note: There’s no need to call us. Your current certas insurance pink slip will be valid until your current policy renews.
